OAKC - Together We Tee is a program open to Black and Brown youth of all genders, ages 9–12, who live in or attend school in Manchester, CT, along with their parent or guardian. Hosted at Manchester Country Club, our program provides professional instruction, equipment, and golf apparel, all at no cost—removing barriers and making the game accessible to all.

This summer, we are proud to once again offer local families the opportunity to learn the game of golf together—building stronger relationships while introducing a lifelong activity they can enjoy side by side.

Our unique program is designed to immerse both the youth and their parents/guardian in the game and culture of golf. Through hands-on instruction and a welcoming environment, families will not only learn the fundamentals of golf, but also create meaningful shared experiences that extend far beyond the course.

This program is part of the broader mission of Opportunity and Access for Kids of Color (OAKC), which is committed to expanding access to the game of golf and fostering a more inclusive, welcoming community that reflects the diversity of Manchester.
